For 5 exciting days, the Singapore Changi Beach Club was the venue for “Rich Dad Advisor” Blair Singer’s Authentic Sales and Leadership Certification Programme.

The key focus of this programme is on building championship teams. It is also a personal training reserved for Blair’s elite Sales Partners – independent franchisees who specialise in business mentoring and coaching.

Like the unconventional venue, the 34 participants who turned up were not your common lot. Entrepreneurs, CEOs, and other executives from the senior management level made up the privileged few who were eager to learn from the man hailed as “one of the best facilitators of personal and organisational behaviour change in business today”.

But there were no black power suits or formal exchanges on that day. Participants, decked out in casual wear mingled closely with one another and played sports and games that taught the importance of teamwork and positive energy. On top of that, Blair would also assign specific tasks to challenge the participants to achieve improved results with each passing day.

The results were amazing, as one participant attests, “My business always has problems with cash flow. But after Blair’s programme, I now clearly understand the concept of cash flow which will definitely help me to manage my business better!”
